The easiest way to decode a signal is to download an Android program from Google Play. The first[play.google.com] application decodes a signal into an image, and the second[play.google.com] application, on the contrary, can encode an image into an audio signal.

For a computer, you can use the program "MMSSTV" this is the first link in Google search for "MMSSTV" or open this site[hamsoft.ca]. To decode the signal, select the "RX" tab in the program and make sure that "RX Mode" is set to "Auto". You do not need to turn on anything, just bring the sound source (headphones) to the computer microphone or turn on the sound through the speakers and decoding will start automatically as soon as the program recognizes the signal.
