@Max's.Will.It It's not supposed to be hitting anything, it's a camera. Though, it would be funny if it could break up using it as a weapon.

It'd be really cool to see the camera screen from this become a custom HUD, akin to the Camera/HUD of Outlast 1. Especially since it could be used as a pseudo-NVG goggle type of deal, which hasn't been made yet.

I really want to like this mod, however it hit slower than the original Tonfa. So I hope someone could fix that.
