16.7 Mt Boosted Fission Nuke

To my knowledge the only 16.7 megaton nuke on the workshop for this game completely vanilla, it isn't very efficient, only 0.562% efficient but still packs a punch. a lot of the mass is wasted by explosives and makes it excessively large but it works.
