Hello all! I am currently testing out a new way to bringing you peeps more California Freeway (Highway) HR signs! Trying out ways to deliver more signs faster and efficiently! :) This is a Procedural Objects texture prop pack that includes 9 blank green sign textures with exit tabs. They comply with California's MUTCD.

This sign requires Procedural Objects to be able to select the desired texture, add custom sign emblems, and add custom text. You can use Move It or Procedural Objects to properly position the sign. You can use More Beautification to access all available in-game props or if you use Find It, use the search term "1L CA POET Medium HR".

Instructions:
If using More Beautification, click on the Landscaping toolbar button and go to the "?" (Unsorted) and find the sign. Otherwise, use Find It to find the sign using the search term. Click on the sign and then click on the Convert into PO button. A window will appear asking you to select the desired sign texture for the sign. After placing it in the world, use Procedural Objects again to add custom sign emblems and text. You can also use Procedural Objects or Move It to properly position the sign in your city!

can you make different sized ones and also with out exit tabs in a bundle? I don't get why people don't use these signs more they work great!

@MattTheJaywalker Oh yeah this was suggested to me by another person here. To have them as a bundled PO asset. Yes I will get to that at some point :)

@GhostRaiderMX Yeah, those are the ones. I know they're available as single assets (I normally sub to sign assets as needed), but I'm just thinking that it would be good to have the non-tabbed green signs bundled, either with the tabbed ones or separately, just like like the other colours ones, if that makes sense.

@MattTheJaywalker You mean green ones? These green signs are available with non tabbed you can see it in the 1 Lane Medium collection. But obviously they're single assets and are not bundled like the colored ones.

I love this! I definitely appreciate the space savings, both in asset count and in terms of prop menu clutter.

Would it be possible to add textures without the exit tabs to this? I wanted to use this asset for some thru traffic and on-ramp signs and would definitely appreciate it. I know that all other sign colours have both tabbed and non-tabbed signs.

@GRAW Highway signs :) Well these are the ones used in California where we don't like using exit tabs. We integrate it with the sign. I would take a break from signs but many peeps want other sizes and stuff :P

As an avid user of your work, I honestly don't even know what I am looking at, but I will try to use them anyways!

P.S. You could always take a break from signs and work on some gantry stuff or [animated] VMBs (Variable Message Board) :cta_emo6:

Oh...and I forgot I was also using PO fonts for shields too.

@LemonsterOG Yeah I'm thinking of just doing a single PO like this one for future releases. Unless its like a one off thing. The ones already in the workshop will remain the same to avoid confusion. In terms of Blue and Brown I will release them exactly like this in a PO pack. I don't integrate shields on my signs because of PO fonts. Allows people to add whatever emblem they want to it. Also there are custom arrows for those who need to put an arrow differently.

I've been able to reduce the number of shields I need by subscribing to a couple of PO fonts:
For exit arrows: Assort Icons PO Font
For text font: US Highway Fonts for PO
