描述


Diversify your parrots! Adds hyacinth macaws, keas, eclectus parrots, and ringnecked parakeets. Parrots will spawn in the wild, and can be sold by traders.

Includes built-in support for biomes from:

Alpha Biomes
Biome Expansion: Redwood Forest
Biomes! Islands
Biomes! Oasis
Gulden Forest
More Vanilla Biomes
Realistic Planets
Regrowth: Aspen Forests
Regrowth: Wastelands

Balanced to be vanilla-friendly. Please report any issues.

Safe to add mid-game, removing it may cause trouble.

Any chance you could make the parrots insult/compliment human pawns? Been reading about this possibility in Reddit, and it sounds exactly like something we have seen in some movies in the past... Would be funny :steamhappy:

Updated for 1.6. For now, all parrots are flightless.

A lovebird variant could be fun. It will depend on whether I still want to do new graphics after I get around to making some of the parrots flighted.

What would you think about adding lovebirds? Specifically the Fischer's. I would like to see the blue-ish peach faced since I have some, but the Fischer's is popular (I think)

@Zylleon "south American macaw" is very.. broad, yes it includes Scarlets as well as Greenwings, Blue & Golds, Military. Plenty of others, but those are pretty typical breeds. Illusive Man seems to ask for any macaw type and specifically a budgie/budgerigar (which are native to Australia). Parakeet is a broad term and can include budgies, lorikeets, rosellas, kakarikis, etc. They're just small to medium parrots across different genera, but are all under the Psittaciformes (Parrot) order. There are many, many different types of parrots! I'm lucky to be loved by mine.
