With the mod higher in the list than a full soundtrack mod, this game over music takes priority over the soundtrack mod’s game over music.
So the mod works alone, without needing the soundtrack selection mod. (I’m just trying not to use a lot of mods at once, in case the game runs better.)
It worked.
Go to steamapps/common/The Binding of Isaac Rebirth/mods/trash issac game over music_2537202073
To achieve what you're trying to do, copy this folder and paste it somewhere else. Then, unsubscribe from my mod, launch the game to complete uninstallation, then paste that folder back into the mods folder where you found it. After that, open metadata.xml in notepad (it's in the folder you pasted), and change
so that the name of the mod is whatever you want it to be. Keep the
sandwich though.
Voila. Same effect as if I had changed the mod name. I'm not sure how this will help you, but I hope it solves your issue nonetheless. If you want to get rid of it, just delete the folder and launch the game and you'll be good.
