BA CPU Tier 1 Class 1, Unlock Level 5, Vanilla and Reforged Eden

Primary roles: Low cost base Point Defense Turret.

The Frontier-PDT is a solar low cost point defense turret . Made to be used with the Frontier-ST (Starter base) or for any base area looking for some extra protection.

Standard Features

It comes with 4 solar panels, 1 solar capacitor, 3 minigun turrets, 14K ammo storage, WiFi, and small generator. The hull is made of concrete.

I have used this now for almost two years and have factory printed well over 200 so far. The solar is so efficient on many planets, that I cant remember the last time I had to add fuel. This is a cheap, efficient, must have item. Use as many as it takes.

Excellent! Should be standard issue especially in Reforged Eden. I eventually used 5 on my hard start on Oscutune. No more worries. Upgraded center turrets to Flak.
