• Cities with a Great General receive any new Culture or Specialist Buildings the Capital constructs.
  
• These Buildings also provide Local Happiness if built during a peace treaty.

UNIQUE UNIT: BUFFALO SOLDIER

• Replaces the Cavalry.
  
• Gains +1 Combat Strength for every 3 tiles' distance between it and the Capital (max +7).
  
• May be disbanded for Production based on its level while in friendly borders.

UNIQUE BUILDING: FREEDMEN'S SCHOOL

• Replaces the Public School.
  
• Yields an additional +1 Science for every 2 citizens in cities with a Courthouse, or during a Golden Age.
