UIC-X DB 1st Class - Blue

The UIC-X passenger car was a tipe of express-cars used in Germany between 1952 and the 80's/90's.

There were more than 6.100 of these cars used in german rail-traffic by the "Deutsche Bundesbahn (federal rail company of Germany, since 1994 "Deutsche Bahn AG": non-federal, private rail company) in many diffrent color variations.

These passenger cars were classified by the International Union of Railways (french: Union Internationale des Chemins de fer: UIC) as type X cars. ( = UIC-X)
