***This Mod is compatible with 4.1.* version of Stellaris

***This Mod is compatible with earlier versions of Stellaris

IMPORTANT

This formation mod:
***See Discussion Tab for more information on using any of the Fleet Formation Mods:

***Requires using "Downscaled Updated" or a similar Mod that down scales ships.

***IS NOT compatible with any other mods that change fleet formations.

***Will NOT work with mods that change solar system scale.

***Works in Multiplayer games.

***This mod can be added or removed from games in progress without issues.

Achievements

Achievements CANNOT be earned when using this mod, (Checksum is modified)

Mod Load Order

1. This mod should always be located towards the bottom of your mod load order.

2. If you use NSC3 Season 1 and the required NSC3 Downscaled Ship Patch:
Then the "Fleet Formation Mod - No Trails Downscaled" must be placed below NSC3 Season 1 and NSC3 Downscaled Ship Patch.

3. This Mod Must always be located BELOW ANY shipsets.

4. This Mod Must always be located BELOW ANY mod that changes fleet formations. A few examples are: "NSC3 Season1", "BSW 3:Balanced Space Warfare", "Gigastructural Engineering & More" etc.

Compatibility

In general I have rarely found issues with compatibility. See discussion tab for more info.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

This mod IS NOT compatible with any other fleet formation mods.

I know this may be asking a lot, but any chance you would be willing to make a version of this mod that's both downscaled and no exhaust trails? If that's too much to ask, I totally get it.

Yes you're correct it does affect the checksum.

Hmm I see. If I name it something like mymod_defines.txt it reads some of the data but not all. That's still a unique filename though. But if I add the ~~~ in front like "~~~mymod_defines.txt" it suddenly works perfectly. I tested it over and over, it's very odd and I'm just trying to understand it. Those ~~~ aren't some kind of reference identifier or anything?
