I honestly love changing my bosses to be photorealistic. This mod has made my playthrough so much better. Also like... It is the brain of CTHULHU, so it being a totally different artstyle and not fitting into the core style makes a lot of sense. Old Ones aren't really meant to be perceived by the human eye, if I have my Lovecraft lore correct, so this thing looking otherwordly is kinda lore friendly.
