Jumper III (Beginner Plane)

This plane is designed for those early-game low-altitude survey missions on Kerbin, and as such makes sure it uses only the parts found in basic aviation, as well as only 30 parts for a level 1 spaceplane hangar. You have enough fuel for about one in-game hour of flight time which is enough to pretty much get anywhere on Kerbin. Please note that it can't get to altitudes above 10k easily so it may not be the best for high-altitude survey missions
