Boss Rush Mode

A simple boss rush mode.

Utilizes all current bosses implemented into the custom editor.
I tried to keep things as simple as possible.

Known Bugs:
- Shop sometimes glitches out and players are unable to see prices or purchase items from the shop.
- Attacks/Items that destroy blocks can destroy the block under the exit causing a soft lock.
- Bosses sometimes auto aggro upon entry in multiplayer.
- [Multiplayer Only] Locked doors can be entered without using a key.
