Basically Fail-trigger removal 2. Now actually adjustable.

It will never fade to black important NPCs die in a campaign map, or when a level should end (like on Lost Coast), as well as letting you walk past map transition zones if you wish, allowing you to play on and explore many maps past most traditional end-points. However, there are some maps that currently don't let you continue afterwards (these being d3_breen_01, ep1_c17_06, ep2_outland_12a) to let you roam freely.
This also disables death pits and most environment damage as well as leeches by default.

You can change settings in the spawn menu under Options > Chen's Addons > No More Fail-States, or using these cvars:
failtrigger_disable_hurt (default: 1): Disables damage from trigger_hurt (death pits, environmental damage), however does not touch things that would heal you instead.
failtrigger_disable_leeches (default: 1): Disables leeches from killing you in deep water in HL2 and such.
failtrigger_disable_endtext (default: 0): Disables failure text. May end up breaking maps reliant on info presented via on-screen text.
failtrigger_disable_levelchange (default: 0): Disables level transitions. Lets you access places that would normally send you to another level.
failtrigger_disable_events (default: 0): Disables unique map events. Lets you roam the map without triggering any special events occurring (such as metrocops spawning and dam closing on Route Kanal, but also the entirety of the City 17 introductory maps and Alyx interacting with things on Nova Prospect, as an example). Will break maps with the special intent on exploration and unique events.
All of them require a map cleanup or restart to apply.

can you make a addon that removes all triggers from maps? it might brake a few maps but theres no sandboxifier for some campaign maps

idea: remove the shit that makes lost coast start with you waking up, so instead it's just you're there and that's it.
