--A Word from Norseman--

Those of you familiar with my work will note a striking resemblance between the Mercury and a certain other generically-named Freighter on my Workshop profile. This is not a coincidence. For quite some time I have been aware that my original Freighter was in dire need of a complete overhaul, especially given the numerous updates applied to the game since it's original release. This isn't a cop-out; the Mercury is the end result of several hours of meticulous reshaping and retooling and the liberal application of every trick of the trade I have learned so far. I'm quite pleased with the result, especially on the interior. I hope you are too! Since there are still several hundred of you, my fellow engineers, subscribed to the original Freighter, I'm releasing this as a separate vessel. Use both or use either - the choice is yours! Mercury Mk I: Initial release

Mk II: Removed Medbay and replaced with batteries. Made the reactor setup much more efficient. Cleaned up a lot of obsolete placeholder blocks (used for seating and such).
