Mick Foley's everyone tumbles out lariat. There's an issue where the attacker overlaps the defender at the end, but I can't seem to do anything about it; the only way I could get the defender to stay out of the ring is by having them tumble out by position (and a bit of shadow trickery), so once they complete the backflip, the game takes over with a default animation that apparently has a weird display priority

Anyway, damage is about the same as the Western Lariat, and it also does about half the self-damage that missing a 450 splash would do. Cannot critical

Update: Nevermind all that priority ♥♥♥♥, I was able to fudge a fix for most of it :O
