Hi everyone,

Sorry for the long wait, I'm currently back with some new buildings. I really hope you guys liked it. It's mainly focused on Seattle, cuz some donated a lot to me, and these buildings are like a thank you. I would update all new NYC buildings next, like a vintage Macy's, 5 times square and The world diamond tower. Thanks so much for your support.


About the building:(Wiki)

800 Fifth Avenue is a 166-meter (545 ft) skyscraper in Seattle, in the U.S. state of Washington. It was constructed from 1979 to 1981 and has 42 floors. It is the tenth-tallest building in Seattle and was designed by 3D/International. The building has been able to retain a minimum of 98% occupancy since it was opened.

The building was previously known as Bank of America Fifth Avenue Plaza when its naming rights were held by the Bank of America. It was originally built for Seafirst Bank, which was acquired by the Bank of America prior to the tower's completion. In April 2014, its name was changed to 800 Fifth Avenue.

The Lod on this building at night time makes the lights in the windows go dark when you zoom out. See if you can fix the LOD for night time so I can see the light in the windows from far away.

do Wells Fargo Center 1201 Third ave Tower US Bank Centre Safeco Plaza and Rainer Tower 1:1 scale for me I making my city from East Coast to West Coast Skyscrapers.

Smith Tower in Seattle is iconic. It was the tallest tower outside of New York in the early 1900s. It is a nice piece of architecture.

AMAZING BUILDING!!!! However with you posting more assets, will you en up making more Seattle builds. I have a yt channel and I am building Seattle 1:1 and some buildings could be really cool to get. The main buildings are Russell Investment Center, The amazon buildings in the Denny Triangle and 1201 Third Avenue. If you can that would be absolutely amazing but if not that is still fine as I get how hard it is to make your own assets.
