I am not 100% sure if those eyes are from your mod and if not I am sorry and will ask the creator of 10,000 faces. Those eyes look like those you used on the brown haired woman with bun in your example images.
I have the extra mod for compatibility for both mods installed and it worked before. Just ever since I created this character I run into issues.
