Even with your patch there is multiple faces with your mod enabled with 10,000 faces

UPDATE: I think I'm an idiot. I'm 99% sure I enabled the mod for the campaigns I was playing in, but NOT on the title page, meaning that they were disabled in my legacy. Fixed it. I'll presume this was the issue unless I run into the problem again.

For me the faces don't go missing in legacy thus far, but in cutscenes when the character is supposed to make expressions aside of the default one the eyes do.

Here is an example of one of my warriors I witnessed this the most on:

And here is her with her normal expression and the eyes circled she has on. I changed her hair so it is easier to see.

I am not 100% sure if those eyes are from your mod and if not I am sorry and will ask the creator of 10,000 faces. Those eyes look like those you used on the brown haired woman with bun in your example images.
I have the extra mod for compatibility for both mods installed and it worked before. Just ever since I created this character I run into issues.

These are excellent! I had the same problem other people are mentioning with the faces disappearing in legacy, sadly, so I decided to remove it, but they look beautiful.
