Gothic Town House 1

Includes 3 different variations of a high density residential building, from a small three story version (Level 1) up to a five story variant (Level 3).
The plaster on this building is Repaint mod-friendly!

A gothic town house from around the year 1390. The asset is a recreation of its original form and size, relying on Max Rendschmidt's building plan from 1933 which was made on the basis on older aquarell drawings of the building. Although the building has seen various changes, additions and losses in the past few centuries, after the destruction of the Elbing old town part of the building was reconstructed using the same Rendschmidt plan that was used for this asset. The modern day building is located on Studzienna 34, formerly Wilhelmstraße 56, Elblag, Poland.

Although this town house is located in modern Poland, it uses very widespread designs and shapes, commonly found all around central Europe, from Germany and the Visegrad 4(Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia) all the way to the Baltics (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia).
