This mod lets you create the Latin Empire in game via decision.

* You must be an independent Catholic king

* You must control the Kingdom of Thessalonika, the Duchy of Thrace, and the County of Byzantion (Constantinople)

* The Byzantine Empire nor Roman Empire CANNOT exist!

This mod features the attributed coat of arms to the Latin Empire, also known as the coat of arms of Philip of Courtenay.
