HCE-02 Siren

The Heavy Cruiser Escort 'Siren' was originally designed as a light cruiser that would provide light fire support and heavy anti aircraft fire. However, as more and more firepower was added to it, the design grew to a size so large that it could no longer be considered a light cruiser despite its small gun size. So, it was named a heavy cruiser escort, made to follow surface combatants to provide screening fire from aircraft and focus on smaller threats to the fleet at large.

The Siren carries twelve 200mm primary guns in four turrets, eight 100mm guns in four multi-purpose secondary mounts, and nine 50mm deck guns.

Huge credit to both Samson and Natalya; Samson made the original deck guns that I modified to make the 50mm anti-air cannons, and Natalya did a really great tune-up for the primary armament.
