I should correct myself, the bug is that as a Norse house, all 9 legacies are not displayed.

In addition, window_dynasty_house seems to be broken in that the legacies and progress to next legacy are not showing correctly. The only conflict in in my mods is with Enhanced Dynasty Tree Viewer, and the differences between that mod's version of the file and this one is substantial.

Hello, it appears in your version of window_army.gui there is code from the Vassal to Arms mod. This causes extra zeros in the declare war screen for each army number.
