Detective Noir (My Spy OC)

A Spy OC of mine which is literally named after the hat that he wears. However, he actually is a detective who takes his job very seriously. He lives a luxurious life but is a hardened fighter who won't give in easily. He is a well-prepared individual and always aims to have a plan. He has many flaws and tends to usually make it out alive from many dangerous situations from dumb luck.
