SCM Industrial tank wagons V1.1

This mod adds two tank cars to be used alongside the SCM Industrial Railway and SCM Oil Industry mod.
It is mandatory to have both the SCM Oil Industry mod and the SCM Industrial Railway activated for the mod to work properly.

-Big 2 bogies tank car.
