Mk18 6.5 mm Variant

This mod adds a seperate variant of the Mk18 ABR rifle that uses the 6.5x39 mm caseless cartridge. This new weapon is called Mk19 ABR and can use a variety of magazines, including MX mags, Promet mags and 25Rnd 6.5 mm mags added by the Mk-I in 6.5 mm Variant mod. The Mk19 has a higher muzzle velocity and rate of fire than the MXM while having the same accuracy and recoil. This comes at the cost of weight, which is still less than the 7.62 mm Mk18.

Compatibility

The Mk19 can take any modded magazines that the Promet or MX can except 100Rnd MX mags. In case anyone wants to add their own magazines that this weapon can use, the MagazineWell is called "SCM_M14_65". As for attachments, some mods will work, some don't, I may add more compatiblity in the future (RHS works!)

Language

The weapon is translated to every language of Arma 3.

Weapon Statistics

The Mk19 has the same accuracy as its 7.62 mm counterpart while recoil has been reduced. Weight is also lighter at 140 Units and muzzle velocity has been increased to 940 m/s, making it slightly better than the MXM.
