Hi, I'm using the classic renderer but when I walk into the bar area that's lit green game crashes still with some kind of exception. I also verified my game files and Steam says they're completely clean.

Yes, I use the old renderer when I'm playing. I'll verify it, and I'll try another run to see if the problem is solved, thanks for the tip !

Have you tryed to use the old renderer? At least in that section of the map ....
Another thing that maybe will work is to Verify the cache integrity of the game on your steam library.
