Decent Vehicle nodes for gm_wuhu

Here are driveway nodes for the map gm_wuhu.
Made so that weaker vehicles can drive too (they won't drive the steep hill by the lighthouse, or the bridge)
It obviously requires gm_wuhu map and DV, I didn't set requirements because of the cumbersome way to select them.
