It's a Sunky nextbot. Yeah ik the idea has been done before... but hey it has accurate sound effects!

Sunky is made by LooneyDude, based on Sonic by SEGA.

"yeah ik the idea has been done before" im pretty sure a basic nextbot (the chaser with the noises] is one of the first types of mods a gmod maker can make
quite simply, it is an important step to creating a new navmesh system

A better nextbot, cause it makes so much sense (I still respect the people that still do the parody nextbots, but this makes a lot more sence). Nice job
