Resources: Oil, Ore, Fertile Land, Forest

Oil and ore are only found in Scotland and fertile land is only found on Southern England, Scotland also has dense forests unlike rest of the map. There's also a little ore on Northern Ireland.

There's also railway connection, ship routes and plane routes, pretty much everything you will need.
