Call of Duty Black Ops 2 T62 (Prop)

It is most likely based off of the Type 80, or a Type 69-III, it has the Chinese produced 105mm gun. Looks like who ever made the model just looked at an Iraqi, ( or other Middle Eastern ), MBT and modelled it.

You know what's really crazy about the T-62 from Call of Duty: Black Ops 2? It's literally a reskinned T-55 (you can tell from the shape of the turret).

Probably. It's weird though, that Garry's mod search bar didn't detect any T62, like if they were hiddne or something
