Ranged Destroyers

描述
This mod adds an attack range of 1 hex to Destroyers of all factions. It also reduces the naval attack by 1 point. This allows destroyers to fire on land units without taking damage while also keeping them balanced with submarine combat. These changes also help to counter the imbalance of patrol boats vs destroyers.

American destroyers or Benson class only had 4 or 5 127mm guns that could be used as arty or direct fire. They were loaded down with quad 20mm and 40mm high speed cannons.

More fit for airplane defense or torpedo service, but not all had torpedo's either.

If any of that helps? Many other types also.

Changes should take effect after starting a new Scenario. Make sure you have it activated through the Mod Manager

This doesn't seem to work, or do I need to start a new campaign for the changes to take effect?
