Is just anthropomorphic Antlion Grub from Half-Life 2 Episode 2.
Why not?

Addon include:
-Playermodel;
-NPC (npc_citzen and npc_combine_s);
-Hand model (c_model) (made pretty crooked, since I couldn't figure out the $proceduralbones and i did everything i could);

Features:
-The model has a glowing back and a little glowing hands;

For create model, was used parts next models:
-Elite Crew model from Counter-Strike Source;
-Human model generated by MakeHuman 1.1.0;
-Antlion Grub model from Half-Life 2 Episode 2;
