描述
The mod adds a diplomat who can make any faction neutral or an ally. The diplomat is in the Hub. Also, the mod adds Resetters of bounty. They are also located in the Hub. Except for the resetters of bounty of the Holy Nation, he is in the smugglers' bar.

I gave the diplomat large skill parameters to protect against unwanted murders. If you attack him, then wait for 16k damage for 1 hit. But if you don't like it, then you can reduce its power for yourself.
