GAME > USERMOD or WORKSHOP [Your choice] > MATERIALS > [MODELS]
(be sure to remove the spaces, before download)

there are no vmts, Im not good at doing those

Its should be either in the bodygroups or you could change the eye textures via using $basetexture in the elemental viewer and if that doesn't work, you could always switch all eye or other textures to the usermods instead of the workshop folder
that way those textures should work no matter what.

Game>Usermod>Materials>Models>Place here
