Crossbow Toolgun Replacement

I was inspired by a gamebanana request that wanted the crossbow with the screen so it could be used as a toolgun.
This is what I made and is currently only a viewmodel. Worldmodel coming later when I figure out how to do it.

Everything should be in the addon so nothing is required.
