Mod slightly buff Domesticated bull, not in a way that made them bullcrap strong, just allows players who have this types of bulls to use them as regular bulls and don't regret that they gave a chance to lonely Dom bull

Max speed change from laughable 60 units (14MPH) to 130 units (29/30MPH)
