Okay now I have everything I needed to start building, thanks a lot!

I set the map to 17x17 kms which is the closest I can get with Terrain Party. It doesn't do fractions of a km unfortunately. All my maps have been set at that for ages now.
One other good source for maps to create overlays is openstreetmap.org

Thanks a lot, this will get me started for sure. One last question: do you know if the map area is exactly 17.28 km by 17.28 km?

Hey Dylan. I'm glad you are going to use this map to recreate the Ashville Airport area. It's a great map for a mixed urban and rural project. I do have an overlay, but because I never used it on this map, the overlay will not accurately match. Also for this map, I added a lot of detail, which means an overlay should not be required. I'll see if I can upload the overlay to a Onedrive, but it's also really easy to take a screenshot of a Terrain Party map and then add the file into the game folder for the overlay mod to use.. The image will just up in the game. I've personally only ever used overlays in map editor, but it should be fine in-game mode.

Hi, after a long time of thinking I have finally decided to start a new build on this map. I will try to recreate this region of Asheville. One thing that could really help me with this is an image overlay. Do you have a decent overlay that I can immediately start using? I could really use an overlay that fits the map perfectly so that's why I was wondering if you could give one?

That's awesome. It looks like a nice area. I have never been to Ashville myself though. I should get around to building on this map at some stage.
