---Features---

This stage is based on the Living Waterway from Cave Story. While there is no Curly, there is a nice scrolling water effect
Even though the blue water background is only visible using the New graphics on Cave Story+ on Switch, I thought it looked nice, so I added it in pocket in the middle of the stage
The stage has both an Aether form, with two platforms over the edge and one in the middle, and a Basic form, which follows the formula of the Balcony stage
