ML.290 "Mouette" Torpedo Bomber

A reliable though somewhat antiquated biplane naval bomber, the ML 290 "Mouette" was designed as a dedicated torpedo carrier and coastal patrol aircraft, a role in which it serves as a capable workhorse. Carrying a pair of self-stabilizing unguided torpedoes, the ML.290 is capable of making low, repeated runs on naval targets with extremely high accuracy, though its fragility against heavy anti-aircraft fire leaves it somewhat vulnerable in this role.
