This is a two-storey stone building in neo-renaissance style from 1877, designed by Axel Cederberg. The building is located in the city of Umeå, Sweden, and was constructed for the bank Westerbottens Enskilda Bank, with the bank hall and offices on the ground floor and an apartment and a bachelor room on the second floor.

In game, this building is based on the Tax Office template with the stats reduced by around 50 % to account for the smaller footprint of the building (4x2 grid units). The original building is yellow, but I've included a few other colour variants as well (white, turquoise and pink).

As always, I've kept the lot size and props to a minimum to allow for more freedom in placement and decoration.
