Coldmoure Ridge Redux

this is a slightly reworked version of the coldmoure ridge map from the hallowed cove competition, I made the original back on my laptop and i didnt transfer it over to my new PC so i made a reworked version, so you can still enjoy the original version should you wish.

Improvements

* Improved Lighting - the map's overall lighting has been improved to highlight how make "the incident of crew 1031" and the darker map without the Halloween Sky, also added spook

* New Secrets - These lands be constantly changing, can you find all its secrets new and old?

* Improved Audio - I was too worried about messing with the audio but now its got a improved sound for added spook

* New Terrain - previously void areas now have terrain, and more dense forest

* Improved Tracks - improved many areas of the track and added new styled points.

* New Quickmods - some new mods make the layout far more interesting

* Fixed Signals - some signals just didn't work so now they do

* Updated Custom Weather - adding more fog, removed halloween sky, more thunder
