Applies the same unit cap system from Unit Caps For All to ChaosRobie's colossal Moulder's Menagerie mod.

Please report all bugs for high priority fixes. Please report typos for low priority fixes and balance issues for consideration.

This has had minimal testing, and adds a lot of late-game, high power units, making testing very inconvenient, and balancing challenging. At this point, the submod is probably not well balanced and feedback on balancing is most welcome.
