Arsenal Extension - Hydra Torpedoes

Adds ten new types of torpedoes to equipment docks for purchase. These torpedoes will split into multiple sub-munitions that independently seek the target. Each individual sub-munition doesn't do as much damage as the main torpedo, but all sub-munitions striking the target will do approximately 50% more damage than a standard torpedo. These torpedoes are rarer and 20% more expensive than standard torpedoes, and don't appear until closer to the center of the galaxy than a standard torpedo of the corresponding type.

Thanks to Bubbet for making this mod possible. I had given up on the idea until he pointed out that there was a callback for firing torpedoes that allowed me to retrieve the warhead type information for it.

I don't know if the new torpedo types are compatible with the torpedo builder mod. At the very least, it shouldn't break it.

KNOWN ISSUE:
- Torpedoes sometimes do not properly load into the tube via the selection menu if you are not the server owner. It works without issues in single player.
