Advanced battlship developed by US Navy to inherit the Iowa class. As a new generation of capital ship, she has balanced armor and 457mm guns providing capable firepower. As test platform of new weapons, she is a devastating warship which can hold the tide.

If the Congress is Tier 8 bb, this one is the tier 9. This time I didn't use old hull but build a new one. Her weapons generally alike those USS BBs while 457mm guns are equipped.
