The file "root\materials\vgui\hud\scalablepanel_bgblack.vtf" will block the bars from being fully transparent, so you would need to make that texture transparent using photo editing software in order for the colors to pass through

The file is located in root\resource\ui\scoreboardsurvivor.res
On line 274 you can replace "VersusBrown" with your own rgb value (Example: 255 255 255 45)
