William Van Alen Tower (Perret Uchronia)

During the construction of the second phase of the vertical extension plan of Paris, Perret was granted exclusive construction rights until 1929. Of the three buildings built by other architects, one was built by William Van Alen who had just finished the Chrysler Building. This building to be initially 260m high began to be built in July 1930 but the great depression which arrived in France put a stop in the construction and lack of means the arrow will never be installed, a simple roof was installed at the square making it currently culminated at 193m.
