The Brique and Tower Number 10 (Perret Uchronia)

The plot has 2 buildings. The first is tower number 10 by Auguste Perret, built during the first phase of 1924-28 and of type 2 architecture.
The second tower nicknamed The Brick, was built from 1969-73 ended 2 months after the Montparnasse tower, it is nevertheless 5m taller (214m), which makes it the third tallest building in Paris behind the Eiffel Tower and the Perret Tower. . The tower built by the architectural firm Shreve, Lamb and Harmon, designers of the Empire State Building, uses the plans of a building to be built in New York but never realized.

PS: The New York Tower was actually built and is located at 3 Park Avenue. But is 45m smaller.
