LDE-01 Kelpie

The Kelpie is a small destroyer escort/frigate designed for the Dominion faction in World War Neter.

The Kelpie was designed to the specifications of a contract put out by Dominion high command. In the words of the high officer who requested it: “I want lots of low caliber APS turrets to just absolutely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ saturate the skies any time the Coalition dare field a plane.” The Kelpie performs true to this request, filling the skies with its 83mm primary dual-purpose guns, 50mm anti-aircraft deck guns, and small machine guns. In addition, it is equipped to protect fleets from submarines with some medium missile depth charges.

Huge credit to both Samson and Natalya; Samson made the original deck guns that I modified to make the 50mm anti-air cannons, and Natalya did a really great tune-up for the primary armament.
