This is an edit of the original City 2 v3, utilising Neo-Tokyo and Yama City, all credits to the original creators of those assets.

This map differs from the original through...

- A new upper area in the nexus and a cop area in the theatre.
- Shifted map layout to tighten the cluster of hubs.
- Complete overhaul of the original sewers with a rebel area at the bottom.
- 2x Event Boxes.
- General Japanification/overhaul of textures.

Thank you to Sprite for aiding in some touch up work and Blue for doing the vast majority of the new brushwork.
