4x8 Residential Yards

I created this, with the idea that you can place it in between houses to create yards. The family dog is in his yard. Another has a quaint BBQ area. There is a pool to relax after a long work day. What neighborhood is not complete without that ONE house? Each section is unique. There should be 10 functional parking spots. (I have not tested this out quite yet).

This is the first complete yard set in my Yards Series. More to come!

Yes, there is a lot of required items. What can I say, the creators make way nicer stuff than the vanilla game. I do plan to make a few more with more vanilla props to lessen the requirements, but it's challenging. Most of the Vanilla assets are not very pretty.
